AHS Feasible Home Return policy.

Terms and conditions:

 For exchanging items, Items should be at the same condition as received and any items used, washed or damaged will not be accepted.

Or call us at +962 795391521, and our team will provide you with order cancelation form and help you if there are any inquires.

For cash on delivery Payments, if you choose to exchange items or return the process will take 3 working days from the date of applying an exchanging items form, and amount of 3 JOD will be deducted as delivery fees.

For online payment orders, if you choose to cancel your order, after contact our customer service and applying an order cancelation form you receive the refund on the same Credit/Debit card used within 7 working days.

We will not accept exchange or cancel orders request after 3 days of receiving orders.
